Wednesdays. The Mechanicals play each week in the downstairs bar of the Ferry Inn, Shoreham.

It's an informal and somewhat unpredictable evening with a variety of instruments and material, occasionally augmented by other musical pals for even more variety.

Free entry, starting at 8.30-ish.

The Rude Mechanicals sometimes rope in musical pals to form a larger ensemble - The Rude Mechanicals Occasional Orchestra.

The orchestra's latest performance was to a capacity audience at St Nicolas Church, Shoreham, on Thursday, March 8.
